Chadwick Boseman would have turned 44 years old yesterday, November 29. To celebrate the late actor's memory and legacy, Boseman's fellow performers and former costars, including those from Black Panther, shared loving tributes on his birthday.
Boseman passed away in August after a private four-year battle with colon cancer. At the time, his reps confirmed the news, saying, "A true fighter, Chadwick persevered through it all, and brought you many of the films you have come to love so much. From Marshall to Da 5 Bloods, August Wilson's Ma Rainey's Black Bottom and several more, all were filmed during and between countless surgeries and chemotherapy. It was the honor of his career to bring King T'Challa to life in Black Panther."

Viola Davis, who stars opposite Boseman in the upcoming film, Ma Rainey's Black Bottom, shared a video of the actor. "Happy birthday in Heaven, Chadwick! You are still so alive to me!! I love you," she tweeted.

Mark Ruffalo, who shared the screen with Boseman in the Avengers superhero franchise, tweeted a behind-the-scenes clip of the cast singing "Happy Birthday" to the actor on set.
