The reconciliation is surprising given Khloe has cut Tristan off numerous times. She famously left him after he admitted hooking up with Kylie Jenner's former friend, Jordyn Woods.
The Kardashian's other former friend, Larsa Pippen, recently spilled all the tea on the Hollywood Raw podcast with Dax Holt and Adam Glynn. She said she actually dated Tristan before Khloe. Larsa said she wasn't bothered by the decision but wanted to make it clear who had who first. Khloe unfollowed Tristan following the interview.
It seems the two worked through the issue and are giving it yet another go.
