Chicken and rice are a dinner power couple. Recently, I made a pot of rice to go alongside some braised chicken thighs, the rice soaking up the delicious braising liquid. Beyond simply preparing the grain as a side dish to accompany a chicken main, you can cook the two together in many types of dishes from all around the world.
